Will and Brian take good care of me and my bikes! Today Will gave my Trek touring bike a final onceover and adjusted my shifting as well as my brakes. I got another water bottle for my seat post and 1 spare tire and 2 spare tubes should I have a flat or puncture a tire. They are always very helpful and fair with their analysis and reccomendations. They understand great customer service and become part of your team!
