A very long day that pushed me with a lot of climbs and downhills approaching 50 mph, I was searching for a place to eat lunch and a local guy named Kieth Harlow directed me to a restaurant I would have never found on my own. I offered to buy him lunch but he not only politely refused but he reached in his shirt pocket and pulled out a $20 to pay for my lunch to help with the tour de five guys. I was blown away! The manager at the five guys in Lynchburg was so excited about the Tour he took a bunch of pictures and comped my meal as a sign of support for the Tour. Kindness is out there we just have to find it and "pay it forward". Today is my longest day of the Tour.
